Yogi Berra was once asked what the time was...

his answer... "You mean now?"

How's that for living in the moment? The great teachers drill into us that the past nor the future do not exist, all that does is this moment in time. What are you doing with yours?

The great majority of our moments are spent anticipating and planning for the future or regretting the past. As we move forward in life our future becomes the present, then the past, and we end up looking back wondering what happened.

What happened is you lost your sense of intention.

Intention means living right now with purpose...not with regret, not with anticipation, today is the day you looked forward to when you planned your future...become the person you planned on being today.

I'm not saying this is easy, but as a wise man once said, "I might not succeed all the time, but I sure have fun trying".

Now...go jump start your day.

PS. I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks, the posts will keep showing up daily, but I won't be able to respond to comments until I return.
